Tuesday night's dinner.
caramelized onion, grilled eggplant, basil i grew, cottage cheese, sharp white cheddar, spinach calzones (with dough from the fabulous dough recipe from vegan with a vengeance)
maple white balsamic grilled Brussels sprouts
huge local greens salad
plum upside down cake

so so so tasty

and a rainstorm brought a double rainbow!
