lunch went well. a build your own salad nicoise and a heated barley salad. Dinner was veg. comfort food I used the fabulous magic loaf Creator from Vegan lunchbox, a fabulous blog of vegan lunch food for kids (and adults.) The main event was a "meat loaf" of walnuts, bread crumbs, lentils, nutritional yeast, carrots and tons of other yummy things. side dish: Potato, Celeriac, rutabaga gratin and roasted asparagus dessert= chocolate fondue!
